Former NBA player Terrence Jones scored 41 points and finished with 14 rebounds in his first PBA game as TNT defeated NLEX, 102-87, on May 22 in the Commissioner’s Cup at the Ynares Center in Antipolo City.

The former Houston Rockets cager had an impressive PBA debut to lead the KaTropa to the victory in their first game of the conference.

“As a team, we did a lot defensively. I know coach is going to expect a lot from me because he wants the best for me, but we kept that margin to 20 points in the second half and I think that was in the defensive end. We're just only going to get better from here,” said Jones.

TNT began the pull away in the second quarter after outscoring NLEX, 34-16.
