The San Juan Knights are ready for their bid to capture their second straight MPBL crown as they return to action in the Lakandula Cup.

New developments recently happened to the Knights’ upcoming campaign in the Lakandula Cup to strengthen its chance of winning another MPBL crown. One of which is the signing of Andoy Estrella, Jessie Saitanan, and Renzo Subido for the Lakandula Cup which is set to open on June 12.

Go For Gold will also be continuing to support the Knights’ campaign in the MPBL, while Cherry Mobile has also come aboard to also become the newest partner of the team.

Team owner and Sen. Jinggoy Estrada is exciting with the coming campaign of the Knights for the Lakandula Cup.

“I heard some of the teams are reinforcing at nagpalakas talaga. Ang aming team ay intact pa rin. May mga iba kaming kinuha para magpalakas. I gave the blanket authority to the coaching staff led by coach Randy Alcantara to give me a formidable and competitive team this coming Lakandula Cup,” Estrada said.

“I assure you that the San Juan Knights will always be a competitive and formidable team this coming season. We would also like to thank Sen. Manny Pacquiao for putting up this league na alam ko maraming matutulungan ang ligang ito,” said Estrada.

Team governor Christopher Conwi looks forward to another exciting but difficult campaign in the Lakandula Cup as they vie for the crown.

“I hope we can defend the crown. It is not an easy task but we are doing our best para each game, maganda yung maging turnout,” Conwi said.
