TNT beat Alaska, 99-85, behind the explosive performance of Terrence Jones last May 25 in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum.

Jones lit up once again as he scored 43 points and grabbed 22 rebounds to keep TNT’s unbeaten slate going. The KaTropa are now 2-0 to start off the conference.

The ex-Houston Rockets cager surpassed his first game output when he had 41 points in a win against NLEX although Jones was ejected late in the fourth quarter for a Flagrant Foul Penalty 1, his second infraction after getting a technical foul early in the game.

“I think we are going to keep getting better. We are going to keep learning from one another and keep building this chemistry until we get to the playoffs,” said Jones.

Alaska has now lost its second straight game after posting its first win over Columbian in the conference opener.
