#Masters2019: PNP seal berth to 55-and-above finals with rout of Guam

QUEZON CITY -- PNP Naredo seal their berth in the 55-and-above finals of the 2019 Masters Invitational Basketball Tournament, after making a mincemeat of the Guam Masters, 110-87 at the PNP Gym Tuesday evening.

Despite the fact that SMB head coach Leo Austria was held scoreless, Sonny Phillipps took charge in a one-sided beatdown, finishing with a game-high 36 points for their second win in as many games.

Joining the party was JRU assistant Glen Capacio who flirted with a triple double before winding up with 14 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists, while Robocop Alvin Teng made his Masters debut with a 12-point effort.

Caloy Saliva and Andrew Eusebio each scored 25 for Guam who fell to 0-2.
