The basics of running, jumping, basic exercises for children. For 12 weeks, children will be doing exercises performed by our athletics gold medalists on video.
Children will send in their videos wherein they themselves do the exercises, winners will be drawn in February of 2021.
The initiative is a collaboration between PATAFA (Philippine Athletics Track and Field Association) and MILO.
The project encourages children, 15 and under, 12 and under and 10 and under to be active and stay fit indoors as a result of the still prevailing outbreak.
Parents are most welcome to join their children as the activity can be used for bonding and to inculcate in the minds of your kids that exercise, staying fit and being active has a lot of benefits.
