SAN JUAN -- Letran scored their third consecutive win in the FilOil FlyingV Preseason Cup Sunday afternoon, after taking down NU, 76-69 to grab sole possession of the Group B pole at the FilOil FlyingV Centre.

Coach Bonnie Tan bucked the absence of skipper Jerrick Balanza as the Knights pulled away late from a close encounter against the Bulldogs who are playing their first game this pre-season.

King Caralipio led Letran with 12 points and 8 rebounds as all eleven players fielded by Tan scored at least 4 points.

Ato Ular backstopped Carolipio with 10 as the Knights have trailed in the fourth where they made their breakaway courtesy of Kurt Reyson, whose six straight points capped off a 9-0 blitz to take the game away for good.
