SAN JUAN -- NCAA powerhose San Beda continued their roar in the FilOil FlyingV Preseason Cup after clawing Adamson apart, 98-87 in the second of the Juniors division tripleheaders Thursday morning at the FilOil FlyingV Centre.
The spotless Red Cubs relied on Justine Sanchez off the bench, hiking their record to 4-0 in Group A as they lorded over the Baby Falcons.
Sanchez had a near double-double, coming up just a rebound shy while firing in 24 points on a 10/13 shooting from the field, with former NU Bullpup Rhayyan Amsali pitching in 22 for San Beda.
Amsali's free throws gave the Red Cubs the biggest lead in the third at 21, 63-42 to seal their wire-to-wire domination over their UAAP counterpart.
Matt Erolon had 19 for Adamson who fell to 0-4.
