#FilOil2019: LSGH defuses JRU for first Jrs. win

SAN JUAN -- La Salle Greenhills barged into the win column in Group B of the Juniors division of the FilOil Flying V Preseason Cup after defusing JRU, 73-62 Tuesday afternoon.

Despite having only having ten players in uniform, the Greenies practically sealed it in the first quarter where they limited the Light Bombers to just three points, and led by as much as 24 at halftime in an all-NCAA tiff.

RC Calimag paced LSGH with 16 points as the lone man in double figures, to go along with 6 rebounds as they got their win after four tries.

Patrick Icban had a double-double of 12 points and 11 rebounds as JRU slumped to their third straight loss overall, their second in as many days.
